At StreamFusion, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our makeup services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Deposits and Payments
Booking Deposits
To secure your booking date and time, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all services. The remaining balance is due on the day of service or according to the payment schedule specified in your service agreement for larger events.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Cash payments are accepted for the remaining balance on the day of service.
Refund Conditions
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
Cancellations by Client
- More than 72 hours before the appointment: Full refund of the deposit
- Between 72 and 24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund of the deposit
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund of the deposit
Cancellations by StreamFusion
If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control), we will offer you the following options:
- Reschedule your appointment to the next available date
- Receive a full refund of your deposit
- Transfer your booking to another makeup artist within our team (if available)
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please inform us immediately during or immediately after your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and make appropriate adjustments.
If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer:
- A partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis
- A complimentary makeup service at a future date
- Other appropriate compensation as determined by management
Claims of dissatisfaction made more than 24 hours after service completion may be more difficult to verify and address.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the appointment: No rescheduling fee, subject to availability
- Between 7 and 3 days before the appointment: 10% rescheduling fee, subject to availability
- Less than 3 days before the appointment: 25% rescheduling fee, subject to availability
Rescheduling is subject to our availability. If we cannot accommodate your new requested date, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Special Circumstances
Bridal Services
Due to the specific nature and advanced planning required for bridal services, the following special conditions apply:
- Bridal trial fees are non-refundable but may be applied to another service if the wedding booking is canceled
- Wedding day bookings canceled less than 30 days before the event date are not eligible for deposit refunds
- Changes to the number of people receiving services must be communicated at least 14 days before the wedding date
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more people:
- Reducing the number of people in a group booking by more than 25% less than 14 days before the appointment may result in an adjustment fee
- No-shows in group bookings will be charged at full price
Refund Processing
Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the approval date. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

- Include any relevant documentation or photos if applicable (especially for service dissatisfaction claims)
- Allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your request
We will communicate our decision regarding your refund request via email.
Exceptions and Limitations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- No-shows without prior notice
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, resulting in abbreviated service time
- Special order or custom products purchased for your specific service
- Services already completed to the agreed specifications
- Dissatisfaction based on stylistic preferences when the service was performed according to your initial instructions
Gift Certificates and Packages
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift certificates have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Service Packages
Service packages are eligible for partial refunds based on the services already rendered, minus a 15% administrative fee. Unused services in a package may also be transferred to another person with prior approval.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, public health emergencies, etc.) that prevent us from providing our services, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
