Service Terms

Bookings and Appointments

When booking our makeup services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Confirmation of bookings is subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or telephone.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for all services. The remaining balance is due on the day of service or according to the payment schedule agreed upon for larger events.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours' notice.

Service Delivery

We strive to provide our services as described. However, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments based on individual circumstances, product availability, or unforeseen conditions.

For on-location services, you are responsible for providing a suitable space with adequate lighting and seating. Additional fees may apply for early morning appointments (before 7:00 AM) or for services provided on public holidays.

Health and Safety

You must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe providing the service may pose a health risk.

You agree not to attend appointments if you are suffering from any contagious illness or skin condition that may pose a risk to our staff or other clients.

Online Purchases

When making purchases through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
